The period from July 2021 until July 2022 is the 4th house profection of the Philippines. By itself, the issues that the country will face will center on land, agriculture, and national patrimony. Those may include the West Philippine Sea and Benham Rise.
No promise of jet skiing will solve this problem, such a promise is in fact part of the problem. Not only was it not honored but the opposite has been taking place. We, because of the pro-China stance of our leaders, are slowly losing control of strategic areas in the West Philippine Sea. This 4th house emphasis tells us to prioritize this matter and take care of what truly belongs to us. This may be the year that we need to utilize the ruling from the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS). In 2016, the Philippines won in its case against China, which invalidated the 9-dash-line. The West Philippine Sea and the islets, reefs, and bodies of rocks in it belong to the Philippines and its people.
Using this system of prediction, the Ruler of the Year is Jupiter in Libra. Jupiter is associated with law and justice. Hopefully, our leaders will realize and accept that the law is on our side. It is but just what we use this ruling to our advantage. No threat of war should make us cowards if the law is on our side. We, especially the Department of National Defense, should protect what is ours.
